Default Wife with a very small inseem

Does anyone know what Harley has the lowest seat height and considering also the seat type. My wife is 5.0 foot and has a 27 inch inseam. We have looked at 883 lowered as well as deluxes lowered. She cannot flat foot one foot down one foot half way, any Harley I've looked at. She rides a Rebel and is getting good enough to up size.

Anyone have any answers?

Was it an 883 that was lowered or the 883 Low. I have a friend who is 5 ft and she rides an 883 Low with no problem. Also what about a Dyna lowrider?

As for a seat...HD makes a reach seat which puts the rider about 2 inches closer to the bars but i dont know about closer to the ground. Sorry!

Will according to my info the Deluxe as the lowest seat hight at 24.5" I guess then you could add the Reach Forward Position seat part#54596-94 on it and have it lowered as well. That would put her feet on the ground I would think. Hope this helps. The only other harley with low seat hight is the Screaming Eagle Electra Glide with 24.3"now she may go for that model[sm=lol.gif] I would think.

I know this is of no help to ya, but, I told my g/f she had to find a curb to stop at or keep going. I haven't seen her since September.[sm=biker.gif]

One alternative is to get a donor Harley and put all the components on a drop seat custom frame. You can get them in hard and softail.

Sporties are tall bikes! Go look at Dynas or Softails, both are lower. Harley carries a lower seat, Desert something that is 2 inches lower than stock. Stay away from forward controls, she probably won't be comfortable with them. Go to a dealer and try them on!

Any Softail w/lowering kit, Corbin close solo. I'tll work. I have a 28" inseem. and when I stop bike my feet reach the ground every time. Comforatable and sure footed.

I'm five feet two
my inseam is 25and a half
on my fxdx I just put 02 wide glide rear shocks on the back inch and a half shorter than stockwith the stock seat I can touch with the front half of my boots
stock height is 27 inches
watch out for seat width that makes it harder to reach the ground
