She really went out of her way to help. You may have to call the 800 number to get a warranty claim number before they can help you though.
It was a little odd because my dealer got a verbal 'no' from HD at first regarding warranty coverage, and the review board issues and requires a written denial to pass judgement. I had to wait a couple of days for that to go through - all so they could just fax the written 'no' right back to the same people who had issued it in the first place... [:@][:@] 'Doh!!
Stick with it though - its worth it even if it did take me a few weeks.
