I will never use them. I have seen enough and read enough. Word of mouth is so important and these fools just ignore it. Times are getting tough and no customer service will bury a company. How many members just reading this thread will say no to new Samson Pipes. All they had to do was make it better and the thread would have had a positive reflection on their company. Wow that sucks. I have Sampson BG III'S Rip Saws on my heritage and love them not. Sometimes there is a bad apple in the bunch. I think thats what you might have got. I have heard thing about the pipes from people good and bad but thats with almost everything you buy. As far as customer service never had to deal with that and if they just hung up on you that is F@#ked up. But I would send those pics to them you never know what could come of it. Like said before word of mouth is strong.
