Our garage is insulated but not heated and I guess that I must be lucky, because I don't have to worry about any condensation on my bike and I live in the Pacific NW where it is supposed to rain alot.
I have a breathable cover on mine too... blah winter sucks!
I have my baby parked on 2 layers of plywood and plugged in.
So far no condensation problems....
I have never tryed it but I have heard that a desiccant might work to prevent moisture. You know those "Don Not Eat" packets? But in a much larger version. I think you could get them at a boat dealer or marina since boaters use them when storing boats for the winter.
Although the bike in the living room idea works much better.
I keep the bike in unheated garage. Just toss a wool army blanket over it and put two 25 watt light bulbs under the bike (onr behind front wheel and one in front of rear wheel). No moisture problems.
