Default Texas Toy Run

The toy run was held Sunday a liitle cold but a good turnout. This is the staging area in Grapevine Texas,90.000(news source)bikes leave from threedifferent areas in the Metro Plex to convetion center in Arlington, TX. It was for a good cause.

Ya it was something to see in in downtown Ft Worth ..... news paper sez that 40 thousand came from downtown fort worth...

IN this last shot ... the fella in the chair w/his back to us... was riding a 3 wheeler that was pulling a small trailer with a ramp for hischair..
I personally thought ... "how bad a$$ is that?"

that is one toy run I miss not being in Texas anymore
also the one out of Middlelothian (gryphons) is an awesome ride !

We left out of Grapevine and there were a lot of bikes. This is our second year and we had a great time.

Yeah, I was supposed to join my brother and my Uncle for that run this year, but the plans didn't work out.

90,000 bikes!!![sm=jawdrop.gif] WOW!! We had800 bikes at our toy-run and I thought that was something.

Yeah, this one has been going for 20+ years and is a real big deal. There's usually some good, that's right---good, news coverage about it too.

I think I will go to Fort Worth next year. It looks like more of a party atmosphere. Looks like it was 90,000 people and 60k to 65k bikes. Oh well thats still a good turnout in my books. The kids get the gifts thats what really counts.
