This is the Harley world according to the Harley forum. I've been pissed off, offended, saddened and very entertained here - but I've never been confused!
To be honest, the original intent of this post was to politely tell the ********* to f-off without seeming like a total douche by everyone else. Maybe I was too polite, maybe it sounded like I need some counseling. Sometimes, I just feel like Michael Douglas in that movie Falling Down. I typically stick to the Dyna forum, because they all seem pretty cool over there and I know better than to venture into "general".
There are lot of great people here that will help you a ton. And there are more that a few smart a$$es, but it mostly done in fun. I have a Fatboy and love it, but I do miss my sporster. imo the sporster is the most fun harley to drive. Just not built for long trips.
I've been around this forum for a while now, don't post much but I'm on here most every day reading up. I don't read every section, mostly soft tail and general chat. Like said before, good and bad folks everywhere. There are folks on here that every post they make is helpful and genuine. There are folks on here that post a lot of crap and I've gotten to the point where I don't even read their posts. I'm on this forum because I love Harleys. Sort through the crap, pick and choose what you read and what you take seriously.
My previous bike was a Dyna so I know what your saying. I spent about a year in the Dyna section and I can tell you there are some good folks there.

So you posted a new thread just to tell people to F-off? Cause you're confused and think they are not nice?
