I have Chilhowee's lowers on my Lindby Bar. First class workmanship, top grade leatherand a first class guy to deal with. I'll be getting my next pair from him. Went with the kevlars to replace my eBay cheapos. They're great for warm weather, but don't do much for warmth in the cold.
I've heard lowers referred to as chaps.
