4.I,m 40 minutes from the major west coast refineries.
5.We have some of the most beautiful scenery in the continental US.
6.Our climate is about the best in the Country.
7.Unfortunately all these things have made it a virtual Mecca for Liberal dip-*****!![:'(]

I don't have anything against Texas or Texans but I had to spend a summer in Dallas about 6 years ago, and it was like being in hell. The hottest most humid uncomfortable weather I have ever experienced. I have been in Viet Nam and Thailand, and this was worse. And California traffic ain't got nothin on Dallas/Fort Worth. Talk about nobody speaking english, I couldn't even understand the Texans. Plus all the women had big giant bleached blonde hair. It's gonna be in the 70s here with low humidity for the next couple of weeks. Perfect riding weather. Stay where you are cause you're all correct, Cali sucks. Don't come here.[8D]

A lot of people come to Texas from up north and for a few years talk about how hot it is. you git used to it.
Texas grows on you. We have air conditioners to use when we go inside and there are plenty of outside activities.
Go to florida and see why so many folks live there. They like Hot weather.
I'm about 225 miles south of Dallas.
Came out here from Northern Alabama in 84.
Do not miss the cold winters back home either.
