Dude, it is simple. Fill up your tank, when it shuts off stick a finger under the rubber gasket and continue pumping. Then it will shut off again when close to full.
And those rubber boots keep the fumes out of the air, they are a good thing.

We got more cattle here. We got penty of agriculture. We grow morerice than just about anybody.
We got plenty of open space for ridin. We got enough natural products in Texas to be self sufficient.
Oh yea ! We even got gas refineries.
And the cost of livin ain't as high as Calif.
And can you say year round ridin.
We've had great riding weather for 2 weeks now. Its gonna be 70* this weekend.

Have to remember that California wages average about 20% more across the board vs. Texas hence everything costs more. It's all relative.
In any event, any place that you can ride 95%+ of the time is a good place to be.
What say we meet uphalf way? AZ/NM border? First beer is on me!

Every time I turn around somebody else from Kalifornia has dun come to Texas. If they try to bring yer laws from California we are gonna Hang em.

1.Texas doesn't grow near the rice California does. California is #2 in the nation for rice production. Ark. is #1
2.California has more (Total)cattle than Texas.California is #2 in the nation in total numbers. Wisconson is #1
Texas does produce more beef cattle.California is #4 and Texas is #1 for beef production.
3.Natural resources? Well if your talking about just oil,ok. Texasand Alaskatechnically "pump"more ; however California is also sitting on one of the largest oil reserves( if we could get the tree huggers out of the way[:@]) As for other resources? There was this big "Rush" back in the 1800's,may'be you heard of it?
4.I,m 40 minutes from the major west coast refineries.
5.We have some of the most beautiful scenery in the continental US.
6.Our climate is about the best in the Country.
7.Unfortunately all these things have made it a virtual Mecca for Liberal dip-*****!![:'(]

What is the problem with the pump. I only see a problem with the hose It takes some practice
I was born & raised in Marin north of SF Now in Fl
Just came back and not to much has changed Sack, San Rafael,SF,Colinga (Turk Station Lodge.Com) been gone 17 years
As Kolin Said put 2 fingers under hose works good BUT He probably has a Doll to do that just kidding
