H-D has liquid cooled twins now (V-Rod).

The V-Rod is selling very well overseas. In many countries it is the #1 line. The Night Rod Special is a big seller in the States.

H-D engineers and managers have actively published reports, written articles, noting the aircooled big twin will be with us a long time. the 96" engine currently meets all current, upcoming, and even proposed EPA guidlines for years and years to come. BMW, Ducati, etc. have no problem making air-cooled twins meeting emission guidelines. Neither does H-D.

There are strong rumors for a Revolution engine based touring bike. Crates have been seen with the designation "VRSCF". Who knows when. It doesn't mean the E-Glide is going away.

What is all this talk about liquid cooled V-Twins coming to Harley in the future? Does no one recall the V-Rod??

Yea Night Train, thats how I look at it. I will just find a frame with a VIN from a few years ago and hang on to it. That way I can register it as a "Historic" motorcycle. When I need a new on, I will just spend the winter rebuilding!!!

HD is aware that the average age of the there big bikes is going up each year. What they are trying to do is capture some of the younger market. The V-Rod didn't do it. Look for them to try something else.

The only American biker Pussification I see is you - little sister long hair. Say i'd like to pump'er. Seems like your always on here do you have a life ?

You would think if the MoCo wants/needs to cool the TC motors a little, they would first come out with stock oil coolers on all TC models before going to water cooling. Oil coolers would cost a heck of a lot less compared to redesigning the TC motor and retooling the factory lines.

Cute. Post #1 pulls up a 10 1/2 month old thread just to insult someone.

You just joined to make your 1st post, and pulled up a thread from last year to run your mouth about me? With a name like nighttraincrap? And how would you know when I'm here or not? Sounds like you just got kicked out of here under another name and crawled back in to troll around...get a life, little man, I'm busy...
