Is it 2009 or 2010 when Harley's will have water cooled v-twins?
Guess we will see in a few months.

I thought Harley had Water Cooled V-Twins now & have had since 2003,or dosen't the V-Rod qualify..

where do people come up with this stuff? even your metric bikes are making more non water cool bikes.and as long as every body meets E.P.A. standards dont sweat it.

i think they'll offer it more, like in a bagger or something. i've seen a lot of demand for it, so i could see it being an option.

Intersting question - there is/was a strong rumor that the moco would go to water cooled heads in the future on the TC's.
Have often wondered why the moco is so hell bent on dealing with the EPA requirements whan other manufacterers don't make such a big deal out of it. Could it be that the moco has the deepest pockets and, knowing that, is concernedthat EPA action against them (as opposed to smaller- less financially strong manufacturers) would be used as an example?
Before you get all crazy with this - think it through.
Whatever happens, we'll keep buying Harley's - cause there's no alternative (for us anyway).

I've heard rumours HD will use the new Buell water cooled engine in a new entry level HD. I'll still believe it when I see it.
