HD buttons for leathers?

My freakin buttons keep breaking on my HD vest. Normally the back breaks but this time the top part broke and the buttons won't match if I can't find the right ones. Is there a place to buy replacement buttons? I went to the dealer and they said they didn't know.

Go back to the dealer and tell them to get you a saddlebag snap repair kit. Part number is 90739-99, cost is $15.95. THis has everything you need to replace snaps on anything. It has replacement snap, driver and punch plate. I have had one for years, it comes in handy for anything with snaps.

But do they have the actual Harley Davidson name on the buttons to match the rest on the vest though?

I would replace them all but where the hell do I find HD buttons? Funny how nobody knows, even the dealers! Stupid.

I think I could live w/o a snap on my (expensive) vest that didn't have "HD" onit. Beats having a vest that you can't wear.

This may sound far fetched, but have you called the MOCO? The dealers are in the dark on things like this.
