i am giving up on posting as it takes a loooooooooooooooog time for a post to load! i mean a really long time most of the time i just cancel the reply it takes so long is it just me or does every one have this problem
I don't know what's going on. I'm on Firefox and it's very fast for me. That's what is making it so hard to find the problem. There is nothing consistent about it. Somebody in Illinois on Firefox is lightening fast and another guy in Texas on Firefox can't even post. It doesn't make sense. We are working on it though. I appreciate your patience. Don't give up on us.
Lots of people still don't know the basics about computers.
First thing. If you are using Internet Explorer, go to Tools, and routinely (that means several times a day) delete your temp files. that will speed things up considerably. Especially if you are looking at any sites with pictures, which will use up your temporary file capacity quickly.
Sign on to www.pcpitstop.com and do everything it tells you to do (just don't buy anything their advertisers are selling).
Most computers are loaded down with programs running in the backgroung.
HDForums is a fast forum...If you are having trouble, it's on your end...not here!
Another great program is crap cleaner. Gets rid of old segments of files that are plugging up your browser. www.ccleaner.com
I had this problem tonight. Usually it's fine, but I went to post and the OK button looked greyed out. So I posted a new one...and both of them ended up showing up after several minutes. So you're not alone. But, we just need more patience
