I actually agree with you.

The only people that have a dog in this fight are the ones that have had an after sale problem and had to deal with EP customer service.

I'm glad you got satisfactory resolution on your pipes.

I think most would agree, a problem with year old pipes is probably a manufacturer issue.

This is not the only complaint.

There is one more in this thread and I recently read another thread on this forum about unsatisfactory customer service.

I will not post any further to this thread, since I really have not had a customer service problem with EP. And won't.

The following and my finalcomment in this thread is not directed at Eastern Performance, but at any company that provides poor customer service.

We as consumers should expectquality products and service at a fair price. A discount should not entitle a company to abandon good customer service.

I've ordered from Eastern several times. I did have a problem once. I ordered a Kuryakin Grand touring bag and the combinationcable lock was missing. I called and had the cable lock in two days. These people are ok in my book.

Sorry you had a problem with them andIcan understand your side of the story...but I also hope its an exception rather than the rule. I placed my first order with Eastern on Monday and the box showed up at my doorstep tonight (Thursday).

Personally, their service exceeded by expectations, their price was lower than the others on ebay and the free shipping was a plus.

Hope it all works out at your end.

Hey guys ;I just must of got the wrong end of the stick on my transactionwith eastern. With so many praises and this being such a great web site I'll take the word of the many people who wrote and maybe ;just maybe give them another try .
