One year ago today, I bought my first Harley. Its been a great year with more ride days than not and I"m still a really happy guy coming up on 14000 miles. woohoo!
Congrats, i feel the same way and I have had several bikes.
I got my '08 in Mid-December, couldn't ride much till March because I like the weather to be above 40 for "joy" rides, ( What a crazy statement they are "all" joy rides)
Anyhow got 5500 miles on mine SGalready and the riding season has just begun...........WAAAAHOOOOOO
It will be my first year with my first Harley in two weeks as well. I have logged a little over 12000 so far. Not a single bad mile yet! Not sure what to do for the anniversary except to ride!
Congrats on your milestone.Love the looks of the RKs.Sissy bar really takesaway from the looks of abike imo. One of mynext purchases will bea detachable for my Heritage which I believe I'm going to keep for awhile.
Wouldlove to have a stable of Harleys. A Rocker,myHeritage and an Ultra. Aside from the initial expense the mainPITA would be having to pay on 3 insurance policies.
