Check your facts. Joe Horn shot two black illegal aliens that he observed burglarizing his neighbors house. They were black Colombians. Now they are dead. One of them ran toward Joe Horn in his own yard before turning to run the other way. They were both shot in the back. Joe's shooting wasn't great but it got the job done. A police officer arrived on the scene just as the shooting started. He witnessed the shooting. The woman that shot the biker was not witnessing a crime. The biker did not assault her or do anything that appears to be illegal by witnesses accounts and the surveillance tape. \\;He was in a verbal discussion that turned violent. Verbal does not equal thieving. Her son kicking the biker after he was shot is assault. Hypocrisy? I don't see it. Double standard? I don't see that either.

I hope not! She should be left alone . Now how many of you that want to "fry her *** " are just pissed because the aggressor was on a bike \\; , would you feel same if he was in a pinto or pickup truck??
Bottom line is if the guy just let it go , he would STILL be fine and prolly not even remember the damn incident. BUT NO!!!! had to be a tough guy and approach an unknown woman .... HELL , I wouldn't go get aggressive with one's I know... they are just wired to be flippin' horemonal !

If you’re on my *** for several miles, \\;there will be a problem. I have slammed on the brakes when a cop \\;was a foot off my bumper. Fun conversations ensued but the officer backed off. \\;Mosier stated he is of small stature and stopped before the door \\;...I hope the truth comes out. That is all I ask...

 \\;The feeling of being Vulnerable on my bike...I might have done the same thing or let them by... In his shoes while driving my car... I wouldn’t get out.
Quite a paradox
The son, kicking Morris while he is down. Should have \\;been brought up on charges yesterday.
I think (don’t know) that the DA is afraid of her connections to a local community activist....
Just a hypothesis...
