I watched that video from the gas station and it sure looked pretty clear to me that both she and the son were kicking the guy on the ground. I hope that justice is served. I think she could've locked the doors drove somewhere safe, or used that stupid cellphone to call for help. She was right next to a business with lots of people around. The guy on the bike could have just as easily pulled off somewhere. I don't think she had the right to shoot him.
I cannot believe some of the stuff I am reading here. \\; There are only a few things I can say.
 \\;
1. \\; This is the USA and we still have the Constitution and Bill of Rights. \\; This lady is 100% innocent untill PROVEN GUILTY by a jury of her peers.
 \\;
2. \\;IF (and \\;I stress IF because no one here knows what happened) \\;this "man" attacked this woman - he deserves to be shot. \\; Period. \\;
 \\;
3. Gun control has nothing to due with guns or crime. \\; Its all about control. \\; \\; Murder as been around, and illegal,throughout the History of mankind. \\; Thousands of years before the first gun was invented.
 \\;
4. \\; This is exactly why, God forbid, if I am ever on trial,  \\;I will waive my right to a jury and let a panel of 3 judges decide my fate USING THE FACTS. \\; I've been on juries for felonies. \\; \\; It only confirms my belief that 95% of people are freakin idiots.
