When I installed my forward controls on my Dyna this winter, I was looking for something a little different for a shifter. I came across this little gem from Dewey's in NM. Now, it not only looks different than a stock shifter, every shift is a toe or heel down, no more having to reach under the shift to kick a gear up, instead, it's a drop of the heel. So if this qualifies as a heel/toe shifter, I'm all for it.

Best thing since sliced bread and night baseball. A congenital defect in my left leg makes shifting much easier with my heel. I use my heel to up-shift and down-shift on my Winnabagger.

I don't use mine. But I have not taken it off. It helps me find my foot position when I move from the highway pegs.

I bought a Walters Workshop extended shift lever. Just like stock, but 2 1/4" longer. Put it on as the heel shift. Pleanty of room now for my 10 1/2's. About $80. Great product, nice folks.

I use my heel to shift up and down because of a congenital defect and I cannot use my toe to shift on the bagger.

I didn't use mine at first, took it off. Then....put it back on for the look. Started using it, got used to it, now...it's feels natural. The bonus is no scuffed up toe on my boot.

Never had one on a crotch rocket since my teenage years........have had one since 16 Jan and I thought I would have a problem with it. I love it...........I always use it and it's like second nature now........plus my boots aren't messed up "up shifting"

I never used mine and took it off. But I just bought some nice boots and might put it back on to save em...
