I use it and I like it , sometimes phone calls wont get through . \\;When katrina came through and the cell phones would`nt work for some reason the texts did , the company I work for pays for it and wants it to be available for that situation .

I Don't like it sending or reciving ain't got time for that stuff . My eye sight not that sharp so it's hard to see the keys and message. Im 57 coulden't care less about text or cell phones carry it for Emgerency mostly.

I use it all the time. \\; I can text multiple people in just seconds were if I called each one it would take hours....

I'm 34 and text all the time. It's quick, easy, I can do it when having a conversation out load isn't possible or appropriate, and I can text multiple people at the same time. Plus it keeps me from having to talk to certain people [\\

I find it funny when people complain about it or say that it's useless. I remember people saying the same thing about cell phones, email, the Internet, etc.
In addition, as others have said, when the phone networks go down or jammed (ie 9-11) texts still go through.

I use it everyday, mostly to goof around but I do have some customers who will text me orders, it is nice, I can just read the order clear as day instead of listening to a voicemail several times. \\; \\; I recently purchased a phone with a QWERTY keyboard, now I am a texting fool. ( age 35 for a few more weeks)
