Who's going and who's going from Tenn ?
 \\;
I am considering my first road trip anywhere.... to Sturgis.
 \\;
I am hoping those that have gone could give me \\;some tips on what I should have with me if I decide to go on this trip. \\; Unfortunantly I won't have a trailer to pull and I will be limited to just what I can put on \\;the Ultra.
 \\;
I'm talking clothing, camping supplies, emergency tools. \\; Should I take my leathers with me? \\;
What can I live without and what can't or shouldn't.
 \\;
Any tips would be appreciated.
Travel in your worst clothes and throw them out when dirty. lightens load and no laundry. If you stay at the Chip you won't need any clothes. \\;  \\;
I'm counting down the day's...... the bummer is my buddy for the first time decided to bring a girl friend. So now we have to trailer, I was really looking forward to riding there for the first time.No matter what Sturgis is always a great time.
Going to ride with a couple gals from denver they have bikes dyna &\\;\\\\\\; sportster with bags \\;\\\\\\;but my dad lives 30 miles away Told them to \\;\\\\\\;UPS extra clothes to my dads then after all the stuff they will buy they can UPS it back home. My clothes are 4xl tall and i got everthing i needed in the side bags on my RG no camping gear. when i rode to st louis last month. ime on the pack lite and buy
what you need. socks uderware then pitch the old more than 4 days 2 pair jeans less than 1 will do if some thing happens just buy another pair. 2 shirts and my leather jacket. \\;\\\\\\; \\;\\\\\\;
Im going, even though gas is high, I cant miss my annual head-clearing ride. Pack for light camping, you wont need much and what you forget you can get anywhere out there. Check weather.com for 10 day forecast and have exceptional wet or cold covered as needed. A small folding stool is good, so is a flashlight and a small battery powered light for inside tent. What part of TN are you in? Were going from North GA. \\;From here its one long day, and one medium day to Glencoe.
