I'm not sure if it would "hurt" anything, but I'd be leary of using any oil additive after reading this.

It can hurt your engine. It lets air mix with the oil and will not coat parts. Also oil will not flow as well as without it. It also will build up and block oil pathways and let less oil pass. I would not use any brand.

Just change the oil when due.

Side Note: Top end will ping if you are running low octain fuel. Just and FYI

Q: Top end is noisy compared to what?
