Is the shifter linkage the same length on and 02 softail and an 07 Streetglide? Thanks in advance...

Reread, it's an 07 streetglide, not a softail.

The shifter linkage on my '02 Heritage is 12 and one quarter inches. If that helps any?

I don't know about shorter, my 2007 FXDSE the stock linkage was longer than the replacment that I bought, adjusting it to make it work would only allow the lever on the shifter itself to hit the case.

I measured from hole center to hole center as it is adjusted now. Not the total length of the linkage bar.

It is adjustable. How long is an sg shifter linkage for 07? Anyone? Help me out here.

1986 and later FL Touring AND 1986 and later Softail model's the same.....except
1997-1999 FLSTS models
Model's equipped with Extended Reach Forward Control's
Model's with Sortail Dual Exhaust,Part Number 65281-96

Info straight from instruction sheet on replacement linkage!!
