I read somewhere that HA attorneys have been successful at recovering their patches siezed by police.

Anyway say what you want about the Mongoloids. But the fact reamins that IF the government can ban their logo then they can ban HOGS too (only takes two or three officers to make a RICO case),

they could ban an M/M (separation of church and state you know those are public roads)

how about the Rotary Club? Or the NRA?

If you see this argument as being pro-crime or pro-Mongols it is not. But you that say f'em when its over an issue you dont like or not involved with are f'ing away our freedom and protection under the Constitution, the right to peaceable assembly, free speech, whats next worship.

So you think the same cops who regularly take the club members themselves into custody can't take a vest from the same club members? Seriously, that wouldn't even be considered a big challenge.
