and that boys and girls is why no knock warrants shouldn't exist. MAYBE if they arrested the guy on his way to work (and not in the middle of the night) the cop would be alive today. or maybe wait till daylight and knock on the door and serve a warrant like decades and thousands of cops before you

How can you break down someone's door in the middle of the night and not expect to get shot?

No, it was the new similar threads addition that revived this, along with that fact that they are not ended as the OP title suggested. Still great riding weather here in So Cal. and don't expect that to change until next summer.

No knock warrants should be illegal. How was this guy supposed to know it was cops busting through his door and not some thug?? He should not be charged in the death of the cop. I don't care what else he may have done. If someone breaks through my door in the middle of the night hey will get met with the same fate
