Its not the #of charges they file, but the # of charges that stick.
I'm sure the LEO's tried to drum up as many charges as they could.
Cause when it goes to court many of them will be "dropped" due to lack of evidence or "duplication".
Also, doesn't matter how "bad" the charges are if the LEO's don't follow protocol on collecting evidence, having signed warrants & witnesses that will "talk".
I'm sure it will take years before any trial starts.
You must be talking about LEO's because I've never seen or heard anything like this from MC's around here. Not many convictions of MC members compared to all the LEO noise and bad press.
This is what MC members say as well.
I never said ALL M/C's. Just the ones involved in criminal activity. See, this is what I was talking about when I said that people like to misinterpret things in order to suit their need. LEO's can be part of a group involved in criminal activity, and I believe those should be punished as well.
For those M/C's who just ride, great...more power to them...but those who break laws, should be reprimanded.

So, are you saying that LEO's should be shut down?.. their operation disbanded, their property confiscated, and their "colors" taken away? ... because some of their members murder, rape, steal, sell drugs, and extort?

I agree with what you say in theory but in reality LEO's will virtually get away with murder at times. OMG's in some cases have to fight and spend yobs of money as a consequence of illegal search and seizure.

funny they havent done the same to the HA? or do they only pick on the little guy?
Mongols aren't "little guys" by no means. Hell Angels have been constantly bagered as far back as 1986 "Operatio Rough Riders" up through the incident at this years Sturgis. Apparently very nice and law abiding LEO's who were attending the event and just minding there own business not bothering anyone shot a HA member in self defense who was bothering the LEO's because everyone knows the HA go out of there way to cause trouble and legal problems for no good reasons, just because.
