Read the announcements at the top. Some new rules were set up for a few areas, such as classifieds, politics & religion where you have to be a member for a certain period of time, and have a certain number of posts (in other areas) before you can post in those areas.

Where exactly were you trying to post?
If it was the classifieds, looks like you don't have enough posts to be able to post there.

We decided to set it up this way so more people actually pay attention to the sticky's at the top of those sections.
Lots of people have been ignoring the rules (especially in the classified sections) and this should help.
Either you ain't holding your tongue jus' right, or you ain't ol' enough.
Just go to "Serial Posters" in the BS section, and run your count up. Then you'd be good to go.

And YES, there are some on here who truly believe you 'need' permission to post.
I just executed a chmod 777 *. Try it again and you should'nt have any problems. Don't tell the admins, they don't like it when we mess with stuff and I'll get in big trouble.
