i have had these same problems back in 03 it took until 05 before my life and back was coming back. epidermal injections right near the spinal cord it is a thin long wire type deal. therapy etc etc. no surgery for me took several years to heal some what. i to was bent over could not stand up or even wipe my own well you no what i mean. and yes suicide did cross my mind it was bad.
Good info from all of you. Sounds like we've been chewed up by the same things over time.
I've had traction to stretch my spine and physical therapy and it looks like I'll try that route again. I guess I just need to develop a program and stick with it. Forever
You know, I wasn't this broken when I was in Iraq a few years ago running around with SAPIs, weapon, combat load and getting shot at. I used to be in good fighting shape. Now since I got this desk job I've gone to $hit; fifteen pounds heavier, two shoulder operations, back pain galore. I need to go to Afghanistan and so I can get better.

Weird but there'a a back relief ad banner right under this thread right now. I was going to suggest a thing called Trueback. Type it in your search thing. I have one and don't use it much but when I do..it works... I mean it. I have had back and neck problems for years and go to a chiropractic regularly. Trueback...it looks like the devise in that banner I'm looking at right now...watch it go away as soon as I hit send and you all will think I'm crazy...
The best therapy I ever received for my bad lower back was while I was in the Air Force and it came in the form of Lt Fox. And, boy, did she ever have the right name. She was adorable! And she used to get up on the table to straddle me to do some of the massage moves.
Didn't help my back any but did wonders for my morale!!!
I knew a friend that spoke to the Uncle of a farmer that lived beside this guy named Charlie. Apparently, Charlie made a suit out of magnets so that his entire body was encased in magnets. Charlie gave the suit to his dying great grandfather, and 6 weeks later, his grandfather was as spunky as a teenager on steroids. His great grandfather is 128 years old now, and rides a Sportster. I think magnets really do work!
