I spent mucho $$ at chiropractors with good results. A friend told me about his inversion table and decided to give one a try. Best $200 bucks Ive ever spent.
I've had two back surgery's and can tell you if I had it to do over again I would drink the blood of a terrorist at midnight while swinging naked from a light post in front of the Liberty Bell in sub 0 temps if I thought there were even a slight chance of it working before I'd have Surgery again.
IronAss, you sure have a way with words. LOL. That is one image I could have done without.
I had the same problem 10 yrs ago. A doctor recommended surgery but hooked me up with a pain management specialist who gave me a series of three (3) epidural steroid shots over a 6 week period.
I have been in Heaven ever since! The pain and the Sciatica went away and my life returned to normal.
Been there and done that too. +1..., except mine was a total of 3 over a period of 3 months. Steroids are a life saver. Too bad they got a bad rap from the anabolics. They really do put out the fire. Highly recommended...
Buy your self an inverstion table .You won't believe how much pressure it can pull out of your back. Give it a couple days .I have had back trouble for 28years and my one and only back doctor told me then to buy one. He did not believe in assistants, massage tables and all the other bs you see now adays. just good personal work to get you right quickly. These tables can be bought Cheap and really work. May not fix all but does help . Have you had a CATor MRI scane?
