Default Lean Angle

All the bikes on HD's site have the lean angle as per SAEJ1168. Does anyone know how this is officially measured - loaded or unloaded? Also, whats the difference between the two angle measurements?

Such as:

Lean Angle (per SAEJ1168) - 31° / 30.5°

The two measurements are left and right, I'm not sure on the load.

The lean angles on my Train are 31 and 34 degrees...the difference is that the jiffy stand on the left side will make contact with the road long before anything on the right side...
I've never thought about whether the lean angles are measured with the bike at a loaded or unloaded weight, but common sense would tell me that those measurements are useless to you unless you're actually riding the bike, and it shouldn't be leaning at those angles at all if you're NOT...but then, common sense isn't that common any more...

Most usually everything is figured based off of how it leaves the factory as for load probably figuring an average rider below 200lbs and may not even be with a rider may be done with a computer or in a test shop.

I think it was parked on the shoulder and the jiffy stand sunk in the dirt.
