I tried a search and I KNOW this has been discussed but I can't find any threads using the search, so sorry, but ....
Anyone here have C&C seats? Any comments on their comfort? Price seems right, and Chuck there has been very helpful in supplying info, but I'd like some input on anyone's experience with their seats?
Oh - and I should say I am looking at a new seat because I need/want something lower and narrower than stock, and a SOLO seat, not a 2-up. So it's not just for looks. And they can do something for me.
Try typing C&C seats one more time in the search drop down. Maybe it burped when you tried it. There are tons of posts on them and I'm guessing a conservative 99.9% approval rating.
In any event I have probably had a C&C seat as long as anybody here and I can attest to their style, comfort and durability. + Their customer service is second to none.
It will definitely lower you as they are cut more narrow in the nose and you will love the way the nose of the seat follows the contour of your gas tank unlike the HD seats. I bought mine for those same advantages.
Feel free to PM me with any questions or for more reassurance.

Primo, I did do the search again. The real problem is, it seems to find every thread that has the word "seat" in it!! And so I tried JUST "C&C", and "C & C" and nothing at all comes up. I am just lazy and after looking at about 10 threads with only ONE mentioning C&C, I gave up :-)
But hey - I got two good testimonials. I do think I've seen other positive remarks about them in the past as well. I need to save up my pennies before I order, but I am really leaning toward going with C&C.
I have the leather sport tour. It will lower you & is the front is narrow. Quality built & looks great. The leather does scuff a lot easier then the vinyl so be sure to get your heel over without dragging it. The only downside is it doesn't have much padding & you will feel the bumps. I just switched to a Mustang solo but I can't comment until the snow melts but the Mustang has much more padding.
had a corbin, really liked it but it was not compatible with my solo tour pak rack so went with a c&c solo. would like it just a touch firmer, but really, it is a great seat. rode over 3000 miles in 7 days earlier this summer (with 2500 of those miles over 4 days) and had no problems. could even still walk after doing an iron butt.
I had a mustang solo on the Eglide for about a week before I pulled it off and sold it on ebay. I found the C&C to be just as comfortable and I liked the fact that it was narrower.
