hogtunes help!!!
I have been reading a lot of good reviews on hogtunes, now they have a 6 speaker 3-way freeway set that I want, it is on ebay for about $400.00? which isnt bad, except it says its for 2006 & newer ultras, I have a 2005 ultra, why will it not fit ,or will it?
I found a set from the hogtunes sight but its 549.00, thats toooo much for me to spend on speakers, I like this system because it has the fairing lower set with it and the amp that runs both the front & lower fairing speakers and the radio runs the back, does anyone know where I can get the set of 6 that fits my 05 ultra at a good price? or maybe some other options? I thought about just putting in the lower fairing ones on, I found them for 160.00, but it says must already have the hogtunes rear speakers,dont understand why!!
Please help, need better sound at a good price.

I think your bike uses 4 ohm speakers, the newer ones are 2 ohm.
Can't imagine why you couldn't use your stock speakers in the rear when you add the speakers in the lower fairings.
