Running a little rough
Bike is a 2005 duece/EFI.
I Changed Plugs (new 6j12) and Cleaned Air filter. I have stage 1. And the perfect running bike before this now is missing and feels sluggish, also backfires more on down shifting.
Any Suggestions.

You might have messed up one of the plug wires which aren't that great from Harley to begin with. Do a search on "Sumax wires". I just put them on my 07 and am very impressed with the quality.
