Question Alignment?

Does anyone know what else to check? 08 Ultra handles nice and can run down the highway for miles with no hands on the bars. Dealer has checked twice and given thier usual nothing wrong speech. Problem is handlebars are turned just a twitch to the right. you can verify this by the muscles i your neck and shoulders from a long ride trying to hold the bars straight. also if you line up any two points like fork sliders on the tank or ignition switch on th eframe everything is just a touch over to right. I know they had the motor out on at least one ocasion (110 kit) if the motor was not lined up properly would this affect track? The rear tire has been replaced but the cam on the axle is fixed so I would not think the tire is cocked. What am I overlooking? Tires wear fine.

The triple clamps may be tweaked to one side a little. Dirt bikes are notorious for doing this after an unsheduled pilot departure. Try loosening them and have a friend hold the wheel or lock it in place somehow and twist everything towards straight.

Verify the alignment is good yourself with the guide listed at this website:

If the alignment checks out, I would guess that your bars have a slight bend in them...

You might want to take a long straight edge and place firmly against rear tire and check for equal distance at the front and back edge of your front tire against the straight edge.

use 2 flourescent tubes bungeed to the rear wheel. The tubes should extend up past the front tire. Measure side of the tube to the edge of the front tire on both sides with the front wheel straight. The measurement should be the same at the front and back of the wheel. This will indicate if the bike is tracking correctly
