Joe Smith started the day early having set his alarm clock (MADE IN JAPAN) for 6am. While his coffeepot (MADE IN CHINA ) was perking, he shaved with his electric razor ( MADE IN HONG KONG ). He put on a dress shirt (MADE IN SRI LANKA ), designer jeans (MADE IN SINGAPORE) and tennis shoes (MADE IN KOREA). After cooking his breakfast in his new electric skillet (MADE IN INDIA ) he sat down with his calculator (MADE IN MEXICO ) to see how much he could spend today. After setting his watch (MADE IN TAIWAN ) to the radio (MADE IN INDIA ) he got in his car ( MADE IN GERMANY) filled it with GAS from Saudi Arabia and continued his search for a good paying AMERICAN JOB. At the end of yet another discouraging and fruitless day checking his Computer (Made In Malaysia ), Joe decided to relax for a while. He put on his sandals ( MADE IN BRAZIL ) poured himself a glass of wine ( MADE IN FRANCE ) and turned on his TV ( MADE IN INDONESIA ), and then wondered why he can't find a good paying job in A M E R I C A......
Yeah its kinda funny, ive got alot of gun'ho pro USA buddies, but half of them will buy what ever is the cheapest easiest way out. Im trying harder and harder to search out made in the USA products, its hard and its usually a little more expensive but it can be done. Ok I was going type more but im going for my sunset cruise. I have to noticed myself looking at where things are made, needed some 12 point sockets for the bike.........went to SEARS Hardware and they had some less expensive sets, made in China/Japan....not USA, went ahead and spent a couple of more dollars to get the Craftsman. I try to keep my tools Craftsman but, in the past had gotten cheapies just cuz I needed them. I just needed two different sized fittings, just went with a set.

This is why I ride a Harley. Well, for the women too BUT I bought my Harley because it was American made.
Unfortunately, with some foreign parts! [&o] But that is the way most American made products are. I hate finding things marked "American made of imported materials". [:@]
