Yeah, that's all they need. A bunch of amateurs poking holes in people. And some of those people take their ink extremely seriously. That could turn into one bad weekend.

You are CORRECT!! Thsi could get ugly real quick. I doubt Laconia is just going to let a bunch of people just setup tattoo shops on the street corner. Pretty sure they're like every other city and have strict rules/laws concerning this.

Plus throw in the getting a business license and I'm sure they're not going to grant a "10 day temporary license" to Joe Blow to come in and do tattoos.

I actually knew this moron once, all covered in tattoos trying to make him self look tough even though he was the biggest pus*y I have ever known in my entire life.

Well he would let people "practice" on him just because it as a free tattoo, so there is a market ouut there where retards will let you tattoo them if the price is right
