I like my Mustang touring seat very much. My wife likes it even better. Very roomy and comfortable. I hear a lot of good things about meancity cycle seats. I believe they are a sponser here. Check them out.
I just bought one for my Heritage at Americade. Got the 17" wide w/backrest and 14" pillion. Had a couple days to try it out w/option to return before they pulled out at weeks end. Found the seat much more firm than the stock seat and wider in the crotch area. Moved me back a bit also. Pillion is 1000% better than stock.
After a couple days of riding with it I was back and forth about returning it. In the end I decided to keep it. Backrest and pillion are great and I hope the seat gets more comfortable after it's broken in. And it'll be easy to sell if I decide I don't like it.
Cost for seat/backrest $509, Pillion $209. plus tax of course.

Hey I have found that it really is up to what your Azz can handle. What is comfortable for me might not be the same to you. I have heard that Mustangs and Corbins are awesome seats. But... I went to the dealer and found a used RK with a Corbin on it and it was the hardest seat I ever sat on. And Corbins are not cheap either. I know for myself that I will never buy a seat without sitting in one first.
