Saw alot of interesting bikes at Americade but somehow I missed this one. Could hardly believe it when I came across it.
It's owned and operated by a parapalegic rider. Actually operates it from a wheelchair. Just goes to show you, there is no reason why we ever have to give up riding.
Good for the rider saying "F' you, I'm still ridin' !
Once in a while I see a rider in my neighborhood on his bike with his wheelchair in a similar looking chariot type rig next to him.
Had the pleasure also of once riding with a fellow forum member and his Grandfather. Grandpa was a double amputee with 2 prosthetic legs and rode a two wheel H-D as good as anyone.
Just goes to show that truly that when there's a will , there's a way.
Appears there's only one wheel up front and the wheelchair portion is more along the lines of a sidecar. The handlebars are connected to the steering head via the tie rod going across. Front and rear brakes appear to be operated by levers on the handlebars (two master cylinders).
I'm assuming he can somehow pull in the clutch and operate the left brake lever at the same time. And I'm guessing that the curved bar on the left is just used to steer the bike while it's riderless.
Definitely alot of engineering went into it.

The bar on the left looks more like a shifter lever. It probably has some sort of clutchless shift setup.
