Ok, I've seen lots of happy J&S owners, but...has anyone had a bad experience? I can't find a single thread with a negative comment and thought that must be too good to be true!
The reson you can't find any negitives with the J&S, is that they perform AS ADVERTISED, and they stand behind thier product with exceptional customer service.
When they show someone climbing all over a bike without straps, its true...you can do it, and I have done it with an ultra, and a deluxe. There is absolutly no fear of the bike falling off when moving the jack around the garage even witout straps.
It works too well and lasts too long so you never get to have one again with that "new jack smell."
Seriously, they are fantastic. When my wife wants to wash her bike and clean her whitewalls, I go out and put her bike up on the jack and she rolls it all over the driveway and comes have me let it down for her when she is all done.
There are instances of the bottle jack leaking..mine included. Every one that I know of has been replaced no questions. Great product, Great customer service.

Mine leaked after almost two years. I sent them an email not really expecting anything and the response I got was "Which address would you like us to use. We will send one out today."
I guess it could use a drink holder . I used mine this morning to clean up my bike after the R.O.T. rally this weekend. I do like the suggestion someone made about making it out of aluminum. That would be nice.
