A little back history, this is this particular guys 4th vehicle accident. Before you say why is he still working-He is Union. It would be easier to find a unicorn than fire him.

Just try to focus on the positive...you weren't on the bike when it was hit, now would be an opportune time to do a special paint job or mods, and you still have a set of wheels (albeit a rental) to stay in the wind.
(I know thats all easier said than done...hope you have a speedy turnaround time)
