HOG roadside assistance ?
BUT I know at least 4 HOG members who called Gumby's Roadside Assistance, while WAITING for a HOG call back. One was in SoDak, almost 400 miles away. ROAD TRIP!!!!!! (YES, he is a GOOD buds and friend of the family!!! BUT I still give him chit about HOG)
Momma jus' hit me up for AAA RV. Now that she is riding her own, we are road tripping way more, than when she had to 'share' the hardtail with me.(We trailered because of her back) She wants to get the 'good' package, considering both the Cap'n and I, are a li'l over the hill.
Made a couple local calls and had someone out in 30 min. they took the bike to thier shop, and delivered it to the dealer next morning. Charged me 295.00 for getting the bike 30 miles. (called it 2 seperate tows)
Raised cain with Roadside America, after about 3 phone calls, they decided to reimburse me the total cost of the tow. I will NOT be using them again. I'll keep HOG, but only because I like the discount my dealer gives me, and a few other benifits (hotel discounts)
I'll use someone else for towing..(looking for someone now, before next road trip)

go with the (good sam) coverage it covers any thing cars boats bikes rv's etc and they will work with you to find a place to get it fixed - not just a hd dealer - I had a flat rer out side of bakersfied in july about 110 degrees on sunday they found a shop (metric) that was open and would be open on monday so I could pick my bike up to the bike there and took me to a motel not to far away cost to me was for the tire and labor only.. by the way the guys at the metric shop were gret to me and had me on the road early monday morning..
They were great..
Guess it all depends on the Dealer in the area...
