I have never noticed any noise with either of my leather jackets, my husbands had buckles and stuff and noticed noise. I do not have a mesh. I have used the liner of my FXRG as a jacket and haven't noticed any noise either. I think it might have to do with buckles and stuff if the leather is noisy.
