Default Tool kits

Greetings:

Anyone have a recommendation where to get a "decent" tool kit for an Ultra?

Check out the tool sections of several aftermarket catalogs. They usually have several ready-made kits. Or just build your own, tailored to the specific needs of your bike.

2nd that.. make up your own..plenty of empty wraps to fill with what you may need..talk it up with some traveling riders.. they carry light & plentiful..although they'll be times you just won't have what you need...

Skip is right. Get to know your bike, and then get the tools specific to it. No need to get a made up kit that probably has tools in it that you don't need.

I got most of my tools from the pawn shop, at about 1/3 the cost of new, and they are all name brand. I then made a leather pouch for them out of glove leather that you can get at any shoe shop.

Regards,

Bill

Sears has s decent kit w/ Craftsman tools. Beza Windzone has a kit that's supposed to be nice also. There's another brand name out there w/ a nice kit, but pretty pricey...can't think of there name though. I would suggest that you take a look at Sears and Beza and search Ebay motorcycle parts ,,, "tool kits" and decide what you think you might want.

Cruz Tools is what Art is trying to remember and they are good but pricey - - I have been buying Craftsman tools on ebay for pretty cheap esp. if you buy multiple items from the same dealer to save a few bucks on shipping - Lifetime warranty plus they are cheap enough if you loose them you won't go nutz about it
