Anyone deal with this company lately ?? I ordered the Saddlebag Hardware off their Website and received a quick email receipt but it's next to impossible to get in contact with these folks...
I bought the quick release kit for the sissy bar and saddle bags for Heritage about 2 weeks ago from them. I got prompt service on the phone from them before I placed the order and after I got the package I had questions about the kit. Called them after hours and they called me right back from their personal cell phones.
I know that when I was calling them they were having problems with the 800 number and I had to call the (801) 434-9400 number. Have you only been trying the 800 number?

Thanks.. yeah I tried both numbers and the 800 number gives a busy signal. I was able to leave a message on the 801 number the other day but now it goes into a Cingular 1 message so it's possible he is forwarding his calls. Just a bit strange I guess...
I really hope I can get those Quick Releases... they look great.
It's a small business for sure. They had just gotten a new guy to come in and invest a ton of cash it it. The guy told me that he had just ordered over $175k worth of parts to get the inventory built up.
I finally got a hold of the owner on his cell phone after leaving many messages. Apparently they are in a transistion. I was assured my order would ship out Monday.
