my favorite lace ups are my brown danners. my black steel toe docs are ok but the tongue always shifts over to the side on one of them. they look cool though. i work in timberland pros (which i wear on my daily ride to work). great boot but usually so dirty from work the only time i wear them is commuting and working.
my hd non lace ups fit horribly. i recently got a pair of black, steel toe, durango non lace ups off the boot truck that comes to my work. haven't ridden in them enough to have an opinion yet. they look good though.
if i'm doing a weekend fashion show ride with a bunch of people, i wear one of my black pairs so i can match all the black leather everyone is sporting. usually skate shoes or hiking boots when i'm just out for a ride by myself.
