do most harley dealers doing cam swaps change the inner cam bearings to the torrington or equivalent or do leave the stock bearings in

Unless you specifically ask for something, most will not.

Dealerships are not the best place to have a build done.
A reputable independant shop will be quicker to use the better bearings, and will also pay more attention to the other details such as deck hight, chamber volume and a proper compression to suit any given cam. All cams have their favorite compression that they perform their best at.

Dealerships are more about minimizing labor hours to maximize profit.

Definetly change them out, TORRINGTONS are the BEST!!!

i did with the 37s ,,,,,my buddy is going to andrews also he was just wondering if he should

at around $7 per, it's hard not to.

the bearings ara relativly cheap but the tools are the big cost

My dealer just replaced my cams and they reccomeneded Torringtons.
