Mark, I've never run a dyno so I can't tell, but I am qouting American Iron info. But, 75-85 who cares, you should know better than anyone, if it starts in the morning, it's a good bike.
P.S. I've owned alot of Jap Scrap, as well as HD, so my comments are based on experiance.

Regular army 20 years ago.
Didnt start jumping till I back in the civilian world for several years.
