Pop some passenger pegs on the lower frame behind the rider's position, then a belly pillow on the tank, and ride it like a crotch rocket schu! LOL!
I get the same thing with the wind tryin to lift my foot off the hiway pegs. It's the flat of the foot at an incline which wants to make yer foot act like a wing and SOAR! The pant leg ballooning into a parachute is not producing as much lift. When I rode my brother's 'new to him' dyna home, it was worse even. Forward pegs are a comfortable position, but cause the rider to prefer shorter rides.
Do they make floor boards that would mount in the forward position? Might be a consideration...
My Crossbones has floor boards and I have not had a problem. But my wife has a Sportster and was always complaining about this, so I got her the Kuryakyn Switch Blade pegs and she really likes them and says she no longer has the problem.
Schu, as others has noted, it's just the A/C that kicks your right leg out further into the wind than your left. I would think that a SE Heavy breather would allow your right leg to tuck in as close as it's ever going to get and may reduce or alleviate the issue...although, that is just a theory as I have never had one.
