Default Ppu 82883????
My 2002 Fatboy starts for a few seconds and then shuts off...I scrolled through DTC's and PPU then 82883 is displayed. Anyone know what this means?

the PPU code is pulse per unit of the speedo. Its not a code.

PPU is not a code Its Pulse Per Unit of the speedo That a commend number. Mine is the same

Check bank angle sensor, system relay. Also reports that disconnecting positive batteryb lead and reconnecting to reset TSSM and ECM have worked.

After 3 years I would hope he has solved the problem before yesterday.
