U need a tender, but I'd also talk with the dealer where U got it since it had a problem when U bought it. they at least should check it out..

I am in Kuwait, just passed by ACE Hardware and couldnt find the tender, Passed by the dealer, they got a battery charger but costs too much about 100$, I went back to ACE to find a cheaper charger, and I found a big variety of chargers but the sales guy gave me the cheapest one costs about 3.5$ and it looks like the cell phone charger with the pins at the end.
I connected the red one to the Positive pin, and the black one to any metal part on the bike(for earthing) I kept it connected for about 5 or 6 hours,
And Hallelujah ... its working fine now
