I have used it twice. One was when I picked up a slug of water when I gassed up. The other was when I had a wreck and used my own wrecker service. They paid without question. My experience was great and money well spent.
Will not leave home without it. I have used it once. Bike was picked up 20 minutes after reporting the problem, and towed 90 minutes away to the dealer.
Nothing out of pocket, just a signature.
Used them once. Had no problems. Waited about 45 minutes for a tow. They called me while waiting to tell me a truck was coming and who it was. Later they called to see if I was okay and if the truck had made it.
HOWEVER, you have to be a member of HOG ($40?) and then pay $20 (the plan I had) for the Roadside Service. My insurance company (GEICO) covers motorcyle roadside service for $15 a year and I don't have to be a member of HOG (which I didn't want to be, but wanted Roadside Service).
I had HOG and had roadside for a year never had to use it. So this year I did not renew my HOG membership (waste of money) but Road America sent me a renewal form for the roadside program (the 20.00 plan I had last year) so I sent the 20.00 in and skipped HOG but still have the coverage.
